C-HIGHER Game Talks at the Faculty of History UG
C-HIGHER Game Talks is a series of open lectures and panel discussions organised by the Center for Historical Games and Heritage at the Faculty of History, University of Gdańsk. The first edition will take place on Friday, 4 September, from 16:00 to 19:00.
Our special guest, Dr. John Giebfried from the University of Vienna, will deliver a keynote talk titled “The Past, Present, and Future of VR in History and Heritage.” He will also participate in the panel discussion on historical role-playing and RTTP. Dr. Giebfried’s visit will take place under the PROM programme of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (FERS.01.05-IP.08-0218/23). The event is organised in partnership with the National Institute for Museums.
